Ugljan Island, AKA the Green Island because it is almost completely covered with bush pine trees and other shrubbery, is a place where you can have a true adventure on your holiday. The Dalmatian Riviera, host of the gorgeous Ugljan Island is already a top tourism destination, with dozens of package holidays available. With the correct market (Ugljan) Olive Island properties will easily fetch rental yields of 8-10%, possibly more as Croatia continues to become more popular.
