Albania 2008 hosts prime investment property from £32k
Overseas property investment specialists David Stanley Redfern Ltd are currently offering freehold beachside properties from just £32,000 in Albania, a widely anticipated forerunner of 2008 property investment. Unsurprisingly, these 1-2 bedroom apartments aren't expected to be available for too long. And in a country that's expected to achieve annual 20% capital growth, 6% GDP growth and a 10% growth in its rapidly developing tourism industry, it's perhaps little wonder. Albania's profile amidst its counterparts on the property investment marketplace is inarguably attractive, and with the massive investment alluring redevelopment that's taking place, Albania's worldwide appeal can only escalate.
MD David Redfern had this to say of his opportune offering: "Property development in Albania has rocketed, making it a realistic and affordable option in what could prove to be a market leading country of the future. Savvy investors from around the globe will surely take advantage of these great apartments, their incredible location and their unrealised status."
The Shengjin Beach development itself sits on a peaceful 3km beach and offers communal gardens, retail outlets and considerate lift service to any investors who buy a prestigious apartment. Inside each apartment you'll find a fully fitted porcelain/chrome bathroom, floor and wall coverings and complete plumbing for the installation of a kitchen. On top of that, optional air conditioning, furniture packages and property maintenance services are also available. Parking is also available but only on a first come first served basis.
The humble coastal town of Shengjin in northern Albania is an established tourism hot-spot just 60km from Tirana airport. It sits amidst the timeless splendour of an unspoilt scene that affords expanse views of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding mountainous terrain. The resort offers numerous local activities such as trekking, windsurfing, caving, fishing, surfing, skiing and an array of culinary delights. There's beach volley ball and even an archaeological museum to discover too.
