Realistic property appreciation of 10-15 percent can be expected in Tirana with rental yields of around 6-8 percent as the area attracts commercial inhabitants, students and holiday makers.
The Albanian property market is one of the hottest of all current emerging markets but is still one of the cheapest places to buy property in Europe. And the country's progress towards EU accession, with all known benefits, makes Albanian investment property a very secure option.
