Thailand Property
The sheer stunning beauty of Thailand in Southeast Asia is wonderfully accentuated the close proximity of bordering Cambodia, Laos, the Gulf of Thailand, Malaysia, the Andaman Sea and Myanmar, Thailand's equally stunning neighbours. Setting the glorious scene in one of the worlds most breathtaking regions that hosts seemingly endless white beaches and constantly sun warmed, tranquil blue waters well, who can resist?

Property Regions in Thailand:
Thailand Property Market
The Thailand property market has established itself as one of the world's strongest. When Thailand was an emerging market, property in Thailand was a hot favourite with investors, who enjoyed capital appreciation not lower than 25% in the first five years of its growth. But as happens with emerging markets, as Thailand property prices continued to grow massively, eventually the market levelled out, and now prices are high, and there is little room for growth. Thailand property prices now grow by between 5 and 10 percent per year.
Mainland Thailand property is now primarily a holiday home destination, and still among the favourites for the region's wealthy property buyers. Thailand property prices are now, $2189 per sqm, meaning even a small 50 sqm studio apartment is little under $150K.
Investment Property in Thailand
Thailand investment property is now favoured by those in the market for a long-term, secure investment property, that won't grow in value by any spectacular yearly rate, but that will continue to grow sustainably over the next ten to twenty years, for those investors, Thailand investment property is perfect. Asia is one of the world's main growth centres, and predicted by most analysts as the most secure region to invest, across Asia most investors are taking their money out of the stock market and into real estate.
Perhaps the best way to make a fast profit from Thailand property investment is to look for a bargain property; an apartment or house in need of severe renovation, in which case, given Thailand's low living and labour costs, the potential is there to make a fast and large profit.
Our Thai Property
Because we at David Stanley Redfern Ltd favour emerging markets, we currently don't have any properties on the mainland of Thailand, we have went for the two Thailand islands that are most popular with Tourists, Koh Samui, and Koh Phangan. Of all Thailand property, resort real estate on the Islands of Koh Samui and Phuket has made the biggest gains, having doubled in value over two years. Koh Phangan property is the new kid on the block, with the success of the two bigger islands as a guide, Koh Phangan is hot for property investment.
