Investment Property in Lustica - Montenegro
Lustica Real Estate
Lustica is a 13km long Peninsular on Lustica's world famous and beautiful coastline. It covers 35km and accounts for 12% of Montenegro's coastline. It rolls up and away from the Bay of Kotor, a popular tourist attraction, and reportedly the southernmost Fjord in Europe.
Lustica, and the Herceg Novi Municipality it belongs to, along with all the other little towns and villages, including Kotor have been inhabited since antiquity. Many places have, but not many have been looked after and preserved their historic importance and culture as well as this Montegrin coastal area. Because of the coastline, its beauty, climate, and well presented medieval towns, Herceg Novi is massively popular with tourists from Montenegro, from around the region and around the world.
Rightly so, it is a truly gorgeous part of the world, Montenegro's Adriatic coastline is world renowned, and this 12% of it is perhaps the best part. Because it rolls up a hill away from the coast, it is also a beautifully landscaped area.
In fact this is a unique area, because unlike most popular coastal areas the views get better the further back you go from the coastline. As you go up the hill not only can you still see views out over the sea, but you can also take in the rolling breathtaking landscapes stretching out below you towards the gorgeous Kotor Bay, and all the quaint medieval towns thereof.
This area also benefits from having an international airport on one of the towns. Tivat international airport operates flights from around the world at very reasonable rates.
