Investment Property in Puntaneras - Costa Rica
Puntaneras Real Estate
Recent David Stanley Redfern press releases have concerned our hunt for the next Spain. Meaning the country match and eventually overtake Spain in its popularity with tourists and property investors. Among the country's we have so far covered as having the potential to be as successful as Spain, Costa Rica is a firm favourite. And if Costa Rica is the next Spain then Jaco Beach Puntarenas is the next Costa del Sol.
Puntarenas is Costa Rica's largest province, and its Port Caldera is the port where most of the International Cruise-liners birth. The main attractions of Puntarenas are obviously its Pacific coastline, a host of wildlife parks, nature reserves, and biological reserves and Jaco Beach.
The name is completely literal; Jaco Beach is simply 4km of straight Pacific coastline, beaches of yellowish grey sands. A mixture of rocks, vegetation and buildings divide Jaco Beach at both ends from the rest of the coastline. Jaco Beach is therefore a secluded beach, the surf is reported to be excellent and it is perfect for all other popular beach and water-sports.
There is currently only one property that has beach-front access to Jaco Beach, the Wyndham Garden development marketed by David Stanley Redfern. Wyndham Garden is unique in being Costa Rica's only beach-front property that is fully titled. Because the Costa Rican government recently tightened up planning laws this could well be the only development ever built on Jaco Beach, so anyone attracted to a beach-front property on the next Costa del Sol would be wise to make an enquiry into the Wyndham Garden development.
