The views from the apartments are stunning across the Atlantic Ocean to La Gomera and other Canary Islands. Playa Paraiso is serviced by an excellent regular bus service to Las Americas, Torviscas Airport and neighbouring resorts. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, banks and medical facilities.
Prices are from just 58,000 Euros (GBP 39,000) and are well below the official valuations enabling 100% mortgages to be arranged if required. Up until now, to buy a property overseas at these prices your choices would have been restricted to countries such as Bulgaria or other Eastern European countries.
These apartments are in Tenerife, Canary Islands, with almost guaranteed year round sunshine. Due to their sea front location, the apartments would make excellent holiday homes or could return a substantial income from holiday lettings or long term lets. Don't miss the boat! These prices are extremely competitive with an excellent finance package and the remaining few apartments will not last long. The Canary Islands are famous for their excellent all year round climatic conditions; spring temperatures dominate throughout the year.
The average temperature is between 20c and 22c, even during the cooler days the thermometer doesn't fall under 15c and rarely gets higher than 30c on the hotter days. Even though the West African coast, with its dry and hot climate, is only a few kilometres away, the Canaries experience perfectly ambient -- not to hot, but never cold -- temperatures the whole year.
We can connect the balanced climate primarily to the Passat winds coming from Northeast and the cold sea current from the North of the Canaries. Because of this stream, the temperatures are warm in summer and during the winter the climate remains mild. Because of its equilibrated climate and abundant vegetation in the North, Tenerife is called the 'Island of Eternal Spring'.
Inevitably, the warm winter does tend to draw the bulk of tourists and December to February can definitely be considered 'high season'. Not quite so busy, but certainly also a high season are the months between May and October. The cool sea breezes can be very refreshing compared to the 'scorchers' associated with mainland Spain. The Paraiso Del Sur offers a choice of studios and one bedroom apartments.
