Tirana Property
Tirana property has become a favourite with investors in the market for a medium to long term investment. The area around Tirana's artificial lake is especially popular. Since Tirana property began to attract international attention, developments have begun to spring up all over the place, and as with any emerging market, Tirana property has to be chosen carefully, because developments are being built around developments, meaning some developments will have very little in the way of views or sunlight -- this is especially a problem in the artificial lake area.
Our operations manager has just been to Albania, and he came back with a list of new properties that have excellent views and brilliant locations. He also noted some of our Tirana property should be taken off our books.
Tirana Investment Property
Tirana property that is considered investment property is that which is in favourable locations to attract rentals from commercial inhabitants, students, and holiday makers, like the area around the artificial lake, and several other areas in the city. Realistic estimations for rental yields on Tirana property are about 6-8%, and about 10%-15% for capital appreciation.
Our Tirana Property
Regulars will notice the changes to our portfolio of Tirana property following our operations manager's visit to Tirana last week. We now have only the best Tirana property, in prime areas and with good views equalling strong rental and capital appreciation potential. The Twin Lake development is the first of the new Tirana property we will be adding to the site in the coming weeks so watch this space.
