Beach Front Land Plots in the Caribbean

Beach front land plots, with freehold title, are available on the three Caribbean Islands of Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. Cayman is an elite location with one of the highest standards of living in the world. It is also a top tourist destination just one hour’s flight away from Miami in the U.S. A. Additionally, it is also the fifth largest financial centre in the world with hundreds of bank offices located in its capital, George Town.

The land plots are in government approved layouts and come with a full suite of architectural drawings and construction documents for a dedicated villa design. The beautiful villas, designed to blend into the Caribbean environs, come in three flavours – Single Level Villa, Split Level Villa and Duplex Townhouse.

Interest-free finance is offered by the developers of the layouts mentioned in the next section. You can pay the land price in five yearly installments.

The developers also offer assured returns on the price you paid for the land, at 4 percent per annum for five years, provided you give them an option to buy back the property during the five year period. If the option is exercised, they will pay you a price that is 20 percent above the price you paid. If the option is exercised earlier than five years, you will still get the assured return for five years with a compounded final payment for the remaining amounts.

Beach Front Land Plots in the Cayman Islands

The plots are available under the following projects of the developers:
The Dubli Golf & Beach Resort: Featuring a four-hole golf course, beach club and resort condominium, the plots in this elite layout on the Rum Point Drive (facing the Rum Point Beach) on the Grand Cayman come with asphalt roads and access to electric power and mains water supply.
The Little Cayman Estate: Starting at the North Coast beach on the Little Cayman Island, this layout crosses the North Coast Road East and extends into the greenery beyond with asphalt roads connecting all plots to the beach.

There are two other projects which are quite close to beaches with asphalt roads connecting them to main roads that lead to nearby beaches. These are:
The Little Dolphin Estate: Located amidst the greenery on the Cayman Brac Island that features a dramatic cliff rising vertically to 140 feet above the Caribbean Sea, the Little Dolphin Estate has asphalt roads from all plots to the Captain Marby Drive that runs through the layout. The Estate is not far from the northern beaches.
The Lakeside Estate: Located adjacent to the Sandy Point Lake, the Lakeside Estate is close to the beaches on the south east of the Little Cayman Island and just as in the case of the other layouts, asphalt roads provide ready access to main roads and the beaches.

These beach front land plots are getting sold out and investors who hesitate to take immediate action (which is facilitated by the interest free finance and assured returns) might find the opportunity gone for ever.
